By accessing or using spin2choose.com ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

spin2choose is a free web tool that lets you spin a randomized wheel to pick winners or options. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

2. "As-is" — no warranty

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

3. Randomness disclosure

We use the browser's cryptographic randomness API (crypto.getRandomValues) to select winners. While this is suitable for most casual use cases (classroom picks, giveaways, social decisions), spin2choose is not a certified random number generator and should not be used for regulated gaming, legally binding lotteries, or any purpose requiring audited randomness.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable raffle, lottery, or gambling laws in your jurisdiction.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Service or the infrastructure that hosts it.
Use automated means to scrape, spam, or overload the Service.
Upload content (via shared wheel URLs) that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

The spin2choose name, logo, and site design are owned by the operator of this Service. You retain ownership of any entries you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your entries solely for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g., storing them in your browser, rendering them in the wheel).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall spin2choose, its operator, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including (but not limited to) loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless spin2choose and its operator from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service may display ads served by Google AdSense and may rely on third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare, PostHog). Your interactions with these third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
